Refund Policy

PCCareNCure offers 24/7 remote support to its customers through a state of art integrated delivery platform which allows PCCareNCure to support your computer(s) remotely or through chat, mail and phone. However, if for any reason you are dissatisfied with the same, we offer a refund policy as well, viz.:-

Applicable for all Incident Based plans:-
  60 percent of the price will be refunded, in case the purchased plan is not availed, and is claimed within 7 calender days of subscribing.
  No refund claims will be entertained after the passage of 7 calender days of purchasing the plan.
  No refund claims will be entertained after providing service.

Applicable for Duration (Silver , Gold , Platinum) based plans.

Silver Plan:-
  30 percent of the price will be refunded, in case any service in the purchased plan is availed, and is claimed within 30 calender days of subscribing the plan.
  60 percent of the price will be refunded, in case no service in the purchased plan is availed, and is claimed within 30 calender days of subscribing the plan.
  No refund claims will be entertained after the passage of 30 calender days of subscribing the plan.

Gold Plan:-
  40 percent of the price will be refunded, in case any service in the purchased plan is availed, and is claimed within 30 calender days of subscribing the plan.
  60 percent of the price will be refunded, in case no service in the purchased plan is availed, and is claimed within 30 calender days of subscribing the plan.
  No refund claims will be entertained after the passage of 30 calender days of subscribing the plan.

Platinum Plan:-
  50 percent of the price will be refunded, in case any service in the purchased plan is availed, and is claimed within 30 calender days of subscribing the plan.
  60 percent of the price will be refunded, in case no service in the purchased plan is availed, and is claimed within 30 calender days of subscribing the plan.
  No refund claims will be entertained after the passage of 30 calender days of subscribing the plan.

Refund Clauses
  Refund policy does not apply for Free Trial Offer.
  Refund policy will be valid only if PCCareNCure failed satisfactory solutions of issues mentioned in the scope of services.
  Refund can only be claimed if customer’s issue is not resolved or customer did not get the support in time.
